The farthest place in south of the Bulgarian part of the Black Sea,
Sinemoretz is situated 90 km south from Bourgas, 5 km south from Ahtopol by the scenic estuary of the Veleka river flowing into the Black Sea. And only 10 km nort from the boundary with Turkey. The beach southwast of the village is believed to be the best and finest in Bulgaria with the inimitable harmony of sea coast and woodland. The population of Sinemoretz numbers about 140 but increases several times during the summer with the influx of tourists.
The beauty and the attractiveness of sinemoretz have been determined by its unique natural features - a combination between sea, woods and river. It is an environmentally clean area, part of Strandja natural park.
The Villa is located in the sea village of Sinemoretz at the Central (South) Beach - also called Butamyata side. Nice view at the beach, the sea shore and Strandja mountain.
